The 2012 season runs from May 23rd through October 3rd
The ranch offers one week, four-night and three-night vacations with everyone arriving and departing on the same day. All rates are per person rates and are based on double occupancy.
Seven-night packages run Saturday to Saturday or Wednesday to Wednesday with check-in at 2:00 p.m. and check-out Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
Adults: $2,660.00 Children ages 4-12: $2,485.00
Four-night packages run Saturday to Wednesday with check-in Saturday at 2:00 p.m. and check-out Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.
Adults: $1,620.00 Children ages 4-12: $1,520.00
Three-night packages run Wednesday to Saturday with check-in Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. and check-out Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
Adults: $1,215.00 Children ages 4-12: $1,140.00
Rates include: lodging, three meals a day, fly fishing, horseback riding, archery, hiking, the children's program, mountain bike rentals and most other ranch activities.
* Single occupancy rates are the equivalent of 1 1/2 times the regular double occupancy rate.
* Children must be age four or older to be a guest at the ranch.
Taxes will be added to the rates above. State and local taxes are 6.5 % and lodging tax is 1.67%. All rates are subject to change without notice. Incidental gratuities during your stay are welcomed but not expected. A 50% deposit is required upon reservation and may be handled by check. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to the stay in order to receive a refund of your deposit (less 10%). Cancellations made within one month of scheduled stay will not only forfeit the deposit, but will also be responsible for payment of the entire base rate.
The ranch accepts payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check and cash. Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee. In order to avoid this fee, we encourage our customers to make payment by cash or check.
